Theoric course focusing on the relationship between Music (P. Schaeffer and J. Cage mainly) Video Art and Sound Arts in the second half of XX century. Audiovision and historical-critical analysis of the most important works related to the videoartistic experiences in relationship with music and sound research.

Type of evaluation

The exam takes place through an oral test, in presence and/or in telematic mode. It is recommended, in any case, the drafting of written papers in relation to the topics of each single lesson: to be considered in preparation and integration of the final exam of the course. These documents must be delivered to the Professor, either by ordinary mail or direct delivery, at least 15 days before the exam session to which you are registered, at the DAMS reception (via Ostiense 139 - 00154, Roma). The online transmission of the reports by email is permitted only in exceptional and justified cases.
