Programme

The course aims to analyze in-depth journalism on television in the Italian context. The different formats of news and their distribution will be analyzed: news, talk shows, infotainment, investigative and reportage programs. Slow journalism. The languages, styles and protagonists of narration will be analyzed. Part of the course will be dedicated to understanding the concrete production of in-depth content, from the search for sources, to filming in the field and editing.
In order to best carry out the laboratory, be familiar with video shooting and editing systems. Good knowledge of the Italian language is an important requirement for understanding

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory.

Type of evaluation

various exercises will be carried out with the creation of audio-visual products. The exam will be an overall assessment of the student's progress and tests done. At the exam there will be an interview and the examination of a final video. A test may be required to verify the knowledge acquired.
