The History of Philosophy Lab focuses on texts and specialised philosophical vocabulary. At the end of the seminar, students should be able to read philosophical texts in depth, with particular attention to authors belonging to the history of modern and contemporary philosophy. In addition, students must acquire critical comprehension skills and learn how to use philosophical vocabulary. From a methodological point of view, the seminar will seek to understand how it is possible to discuss complex concepts and issues, analyse them from various points of view, and engage in dialogue between different authors and traditions. These skills will be promoted through seminar work, in which reading and analysis will be accompanied by group discussion.
