Type of delivery of the course

Frontal lectures. Are also analyzed case law studies and latest developments about fundamental rights and freedoms. In the event of an extension of the health emergency by COVID-19, all the provisions governing the way in which teaching activities and student evaluation are carried out will be implemented. In particular, the lessons, if necessary, will take place remotely through the interactive Microsoft Teams platform, made available by the University.

Type of evaluation

The oral exam checks the level of understanding and knowledge of fundamental rights and freedoms, also in light of the jurisprudence of Italian Constitutional Court and supranational Courts. Students will answer questions asked about the program, with reference to the recommended texts and lectures. The evaluation ranges from a minimum of 18/30, corresponding to the basic knowledge of all parts of the program and technical language, to a maximum score of 30/30 and honors, which is equivalent to mastery of the topics, excellent language property, excellent analytical ability.
