Programme

The course includes lectures and exercises.
- Frontal lessons. Frontal lessons consist in explaining the techniques for drafting criminal law acts and opinions. We will also illustrate the theoretical framework of the principles and institutions of criminal law that are necessary for the resolution of the legal issues raised during the course
- Exercises. The exercises consist of four written tests: three will take place in the classroom and one at home.

Type of delivery of the course

All classes will be held in presence and will be based on the continuous interaction between teacher and students.

Type of evaluation

In the interest of the 3 credits, it is necessary to attend at least two thirds of the lessons and it is also necessary to carry out at least three of the four exercises provided, reporting an evaluation higher than sufficiency for each one of them.
