20110288 - Diritto sindacale

Educational objectives
The course aims, on the one hand, to provide the student with the teaching tools to understand the complex world of Italian trade union law, where, in private employment, the constitutional and legislative sources are intertwined with the rules dictated by collective bargaining, with the industrial relations practices and with the interpretation of jurisprudence in a "regulatory function". On the other hand, the course will lead to analyzing and deepening the issues relating to the role of the trade union and collective bargaining in public employment.
