This course aims at providing the students with a thorough understanding of the basic rules of entertainment law, also through a practical approach and focusing on the impact of new technologies within the film and music markets. Participants will develop the necessary skills for properly operating in any working activity within the whole entertainment industry, especially in the film, music and theater businesses.
The course follows both a theoretical and practical approach, mainly through the study and the analysis of contracts, providing a remarkably comprehensive view of entertainment law.

L’attività formativa è volta ad agevolare le scelte professionali mediante la conoscenza diretta del settore lavorativo cui la preparazione acquisita a lezione può dare accesso. A questo scopo costituisce criterio di valutazione la frequenza assidua alle lezioni (almeno tre) e la partecipazione attiva in aula. Non è previsto esame ma solo obbligo di presenza. Chi non potesse seguire il corso, per conseguire il credito formativo previsto potrà sostenere un colloquio orale su due capitoli del libro a sua scelta. The training activity is aimed at facilitating professional choices through direct knowledge of the work sector to which the preparation acquired during lectures may provide access.
