The course is aimed at studying and developing techniques for the drafting of contracts in the corporate and business areas, through the analysis of cases and models.

Course materials, including the cases and models to be studied, will be made available on e-learning and Teams.

Type of delivery of the course

The course will be taught via Teams.

Attendance

Participation to at least 4 of the 5 classes is required for CFU achievement.

Type of evaluation

For CFU achievement, each student must pass a written, take-home exam, with a more than sufficient grade (7/10).
