Programme

The "legal clinic" aims to: 1) offer students a qualified legal training on family law legislation, with specific attention to patrimonial aspects, adopting an innovative practice-oriented approach; 2) promote greater awareness of the problems that people in situations of family conflict encounter in accessing justice and guarantees of rights; 3) build a collaborative network between the academic community (students and professors), specialized lawyers and civil society organizations active in the field of ADR.

Type of delivery of the course

Each student will have to confront each other in the classroom on the possible solutions to the juridical issue involved.

Compulsory attendance and participation in classroom exercises.
