By reasoning about each of the powers of the state and the constitutional bodies they embody, the activity aims to offer students the tools to critically understand the constitutional dynamics among them. By moving beyond theoretical paradigms, studying practical cases and interacting with experts, the skills to disentangle the contemporary debate on the reform of the Italian form of government will also be offered.
