The course focuses on the relationship between artificial intelligence and substantive criminal law
from the point of view of the structure of liability, analyzing in particular: AI as a potential author
of criminal offenses; AI as a potential victim of criminal offences; the criminal liability of human
persons and legal entities for acts committed through the use of AI.
