The course aims to delve into some of the most recent cybersecurity issues. The delicate balance between the needs of protecting the network and information systems, on the one hand, and guarantees of user rights on the network, on the other, will be examined. In particular, the object of reflection will be the inextricable connection between privacy, data protection and cyber security, examined in light of the broader relationship between freedom and security within society and cyberspace.
