THE COURSE WILL BE LARGELY DEDICATED TO THE PRACTICAL WORKING OF THE INSTITUTIONS THAT SUBSTANTIATE OUR MODEL OF CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE. SOME SIGNIFICANT CASES WILL BE ALSO EXPLORED, WITH THE ACTIVE PARTICIPATION OF STUDENTS. THE STUDENTS WILL ATTEND A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT.

The organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court will be analyzed through the study of the proceedings entrusted to it, in order to fully understand its role within the constitutional system, particularly in its relationships with other Italian and European institutions.
Considerable attention will be devoted to the analysis of case law, including the organization of a simulated constitutional trial. This will allow students to engage directly with the subject matter through the drafting of legal briefs and the preparation of a judicial decision. A visit to the Constitutional Court during a public hearing will also be organized.
