Programme

The course will consist of two sessions, according to the following schedule:nn- 2 December, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., in the Council Room. The first session will focus on the current legal framework governing digital violence against women, including an examination of recently introduced offences that pose particular challenges in terms of investigation and proof, such as the offence provided for under Article 612-quater of the Italian Criminal Code.n- 4 December, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., in Room Morvillo (formerly Room 5). The second session will adopt a more seminar-based approach and will feature the participation of legal practitioners with expertise in these matters.

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory.

Type of evaluation

Assessment will be based on students’ active participation during the sessions, with a view to evaluating the achievement of the intended learning outcomes.
