The aim of this module is to stimulate students' interest in the subject studied in Administrative Law also through the analysis of case law. The course will focus, in the first half, on some issues of substantive Administrative law (with specific reference to the rules of administrative action) and the second part in a survey of the " features" of the system of Administrative justice.

For the exam it is essential a good understanding of the constitutional provisions on the Public Administration and Administrative Justice, the Law 241/1990 as amended, the judgments of the Constitutional court nn . 204/2004 and 191/2006 and the " principles " of the Code of Administrative Procedure (artt.1-3 d .
