THE COURSE – WHICH IS PRELIMINARY TO THE OTHER COURSES IN PUBLIC LAW – AIMS AT OFFERING THE ACQUISITION OF THE MAIN ELEMENTS OF PUBLIC LAW. THE COURSE PROVIDES A FULL INVESTIGATION OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW SYSTEM AND OF THE ORGANIZATION OF OUR PUBLIC POWERS IN LIGHT OF THE PRESENT-DAY CONTRIBUTION OF THE SUPREME COURT DECISIONS, OF OUR PRESENCE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND OF THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF OUR PUBLIC LAW.

The exam includes the final written test and oral exam. The written one consists of a test of ten questions with multiple response, of the duration of twenty minutes.
