The present training activity aims at analysing and deepening the constitutional issues relating to the protection of the right to health with particular reference to self-driving treatment and freedom of access to care provided by progress scientific and technological in the biomedical field.

Type of delivery of the course
The teacher conduct the lectures frontal through the systematic illustration of the main normative dispositions and the more meaningful jurisprudential decisions emphasizing of the problematic aspects and the criticalities interpretativeType of evaluation
The profit test will take place in oral form on the teaching materials, jurisprudence and legislation indicated in the program as well as on further material illustrated by the teacher during the lessons. The degree of participation in the lessons will be taken into account
