Programme

The training activity focuses, from an historical and comparative point of view, on the rule-making process and the way to deal with interpretative questions in order to give, using the experience of the roman jurists, an essential tool to the contemporary jurist, suitable for dealing with current legal topics in the perspective of the European legal standardisation.
