The exam consists of an intermediate written test, at the end of the lessons, and of an final oral test during the winter period. The intermediate written test consists of closed-ended questions, aimed at verifying the knowledge of the rights of people with disabilities. The final oral exam is aimed at verifying the degree of understanding of the fundamental concepts of public law and its institutions dealt with within the course. The oral exam checks the level of understanding of the basic concepts of public law, even in the light of practice. Students will answer questions asked about the program, with reference to the recommended texts and lectures.
