Aim of the course
At the end of the course, the student should be able to develop a correct approach to problems relating to the law and jurisdiction to decide transnational cases. This should be a useful background to properly address the profession of a lawyer.

Programme

For students attending the classes, the course will be seminarial-based, and focus on the regulations of the European Union in the area of private international law, as well as on the related case law of the Court of Justice.

The exam will be held in written form, and for students attending the classes assessments in itinere will be provided, if possible orally, on case law.
