The lecture series aims to deepen the techniques and methods of preparation of written documents and opinions, through the study of practical cases involving the main institutions of private law.

Programme

The course is divided into two blocks of lessons, the first mainly dedicated to the development of papers and opinions, while the second to the preparation of legal acts. The course is reserved for 40 students (preferably) of the third or fourth year.
Specifically, 6 legal acts are foreseen which consist in drafting of acts and opinions in civil law (concerning the following topics: torts, contract law, family law, property interests, obligations.

Type of delivery of the course

The teaching method adopts modern active-learning techniques which focuses on lectures, discussion and practical cases analysis.

Type of evaluation

In order to obtain the credits, students must be present at at least two thirds of the lessons and must present at least 4 papers, of which at least three must be assessed as "more than enough" (7/10).
