The effectiveness of the reform of civil procedure has been anticipated and new rules will be applicable starting from March, 1st 2023.
Updated manuals are not available at present.
The same manuals used to study Civil Procedure I could be used to study topics and contents of Civil Procedure II.
The reform of civil procedure, enacted by d.lgs. 149/2022 could be studied using the following book:
