20110658 - Activities: Legal Clinic on Criminal Mediation


The course aims to provide students with a theoretical-practical knowledge of the tools necessary for the use of the new restorative justice modules which, especially in the light of the latest reform of the criminal procedure, are assuming significant importance in the management of criminal cases. In particular, during the course, students will be involved in the study and concrete treatment of real cases case studies subject to settlement through the mediation-reparation between the victim and the person indicated as the offender.

Programme

With the help of experienced professionals in Restorative Justice, students will be involved in the study and handling of real cases initiated by a mediation-reparation process between victim and perpetrator.
