The course aims to address the main legislative changes that have recently affected the criminal law by verifying how the new protection needs have influenced the traditional interpretation and application of the classic criminal law categories.
Particular attention will also be given to the latest jurisprudential guidelines with particular reference to the subjective element of the crime, to the relationship between supranational legislation and internal law, to the matter of patrimonial prevention measures.
