Programme

The activity is aimed at allowing students to carry out the simulation of a constitutional process, under the guidance of an expert lecturer.

Prerequisiti

The course is open to all students who have successfully completed the exam in Public Law and/or Constitutional Law.

Core Documentation

The purchase and reading of a constitutional justice textbook is suggested.

Attendance

Since this is a simulation, students must attend all sessions assigned to their role in order to complete the course

Students will be assessed on the documents they produce and on how they perform their role during the hearing.
