The educational activity aims to provide students with a theoretical and practical in-depth analysis of the fundamental issues related to penal execution, adopting an interdisciplinary approach that combines the perspectives of constitutional law, criminal law (both substantive and procedural) and sociological-philosophical thought.

The training program includes presentations by scholars from various disciplines, coordinated by the professor.
