The educational activity aims to provide students with a theoretical and practical in-depth analysis of the fundamental issues related to penal execution, adopting an interdisciplinary approach that combines the perspectives of constitutional law, criminal law (both substantive and procedural) and sociological-philosophical thought.

Programme

The training program includes presentations by scholars from various disciplines, coordinated by the professor. The role of the courts in the interpretation of penitentiary law will be explored in depth. The program will conclude with a hands-on workshop, in which students will participate.
