The course will examine the principal legal instruments involved in public procurement procedures through the analysis of practical cases and the drafting of assessed written assignments.

Attendance

Attendance is compulsory, as the course includes ongoing assessment based on work completed in class.

Type of evaluation

Assessment will be based on the written assignments completed in class and at home. Accordingly, the award of a pass will be subject to an overall satisfactory assessment of such assignments.
