THE COURSE PROVIDES A FULL INVESTIGATION OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL LAW SYSTEM AND OF THE ORGANIZATION OF OUR PUBLIC POWERS IN LIGHT OF THE PRESENT-DAY CONTRIBUTION OF THE SUPREME COURT DECISIONS, OF OUR PRESENCE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, AND OF THE HISTORICAL EVOLUTION OF OUR PUBLIC LAW.

The final oral exam, structured in 3 o 4 questions, is designed to assess students' understanding of the fundamental concepts of public law and its institutions, as well as the specific section of the program relating to the rights of persons with disabilities.
