Attendance is not compulsory but is strongly recommended if you wish to achieve the highest mark and a grade of excellence

Type of evaluation

The examination is oral only and is designed to assess the level of knowledge and understanding of the most relevant ideas and concepts covered in the course. The questions will focus exclusively on the specified texts and on the constitutional framework governing fundamental rights. The mark, ranging from a minimum of 18/30 to a maximum of 30/30 with distinction, takes into account the comprehensiveness of the answers, mastery of the subject matter, the technical nature of the language used, clarity of presentation, and the ability to make connections between the various parts of the syllabus. In the event of a fail, there is no provision for resitting the exam. To achieve the highest mark (30/30 with distinction), regular attendance and active participation in the course lectures are recommended.
