Type of delivery of the course
Lessons in presence, 4 or 5 hours per week, according to the academic calendar. Self-assessment exercises will be assigned to be carried out at home. It is suggested to study and practice the topics as they are presented.Attendance
optional, strongly recommendedType of evaluation
The written and/or oral exam is designed to assess: logical accuracy, mastery of the topics, both theoretical (definitions, statements, proofs of theorems or propositions, examples and counterexamples), accuracy of calculations, quality of the graphic presentation of the paper, if requested in paper form, linguistic and expository accuracy. The first part of the exam is a multiple choice test on the Moodle platform (blind). The maximum score for this part is 24/30. The format of the second part of the exam will be agreed upon with the instructor at the beginning of the exam. It may consist of a written test, with an open-ended paper exercise , and/or an oral exam. In both cases the student will be asked both calculations and theory. The grade for the second part of the exam is added algebraically to the grade for the first part, and may also be a negative number. Any doubts may be discussed in a further oral interview with the student. teacher profile teaching materials
