20810270-1 - SISTEMI DI PRODUZIONE - MODULO I

This module provides the fundamental knowledge to plan, design and manage industrial facilities and process plants for offshore applications, including the execution of a technical-economic feasibility study. Emphasis is placed in oil & gas production systems or renewable marine energy conversion plants.
teacher profile | teaching materials

Programme

Fundamentals of Oil & Gas engineering: Basic concepts of reservoir and drilling engineering, the life cycle of a petroleum production system, subsea and surface plants for extraction, pretreatment and transportation of oil and gas (classification and description of plants components and process operations). Industrial costs analysis and classification. Production systems design including process plan development, layout design, equipment sizing for offshore applications.
