The course covers topics related to the CONTEXT: management processes structures
in relation to the context of decision making and problem solving. Application to processes and projects. In particular for processes: methods of representation and analysis, performance indicators, executive reporting, monitoring as a prerequisite for decision making. BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Particularly for projects : by using C / SCSC - EVM - EVMS for decision making. Risk Management. INDICATORS AND DASHBOARD: The statistical methods are presented to support the Decision Making for the detection and representation of data. MCDA METHODS: presentation of methods for multi-criteria decisions analysis (MCDA), including the AHP, Electre methods I, II, III, TOPSIS, PROMETHEE. STRATEGIC INTERACTION: Game theory.
