Type of delivery of the course

Standard lecture including several examples and exercises

Type of evaluation

Evaluations are via written exam. The typical exam contains 5-6 questions with a couple of questions of a more theoretical character. Each question carries a certain number of points whose total is slightly above 30 pts. A positive evaluation of the midterm test gives access to a second preliminary test. If both tests are positive then the student may choose to register her/his exam with a score determined by the score of the two tests. NB. During the COVID-19 emergency the exams will take place according to the indications contained given in art.1 del Decreto Rettorale n°. 703 del 5 maggio 2020
