The aim of the course is the acquisition of formal tools to model strategic interactions between two or more players, typically rational individuals who make decisions in order to optimize their subjective goals. During the course, cooperative and non-cooperative games will be studied, starting from applications in the social, political or economic fields, to arrive at applications in various fields of artificial intelligence, from the training of neural networks to reinforcement learning in multi-agent systems.

In particular for processes: methods of representation and analysis, performance indicators, executive reporting, monitoring as a prerequisite for decision making. BPR (Business Process Reengineering). Particularly for projects : by using C / SCSC - EVM - EVMS for decision making. Risk Management. INDICATORS AND DASHBOARD: The statistical methods are presented to support the Decision Making for the detection and representation of data.

Normal Form Games, Zero Sum Games, no-zero Sum Games, Solution Concepts: Dominated Strategies, Nash Equilibrium, Nash Equilibrium with Mixed Strategies, Correlated Equilibria, Extensive FormGames, Solution Concepts: Backwards Induction , Subgame Perfection. Bayesian Extensive Games, Extensive Form Games of Incomplete Information, Trembling Hand Perfection, Sequential Equilibrium. Signal Games.
