The objectives of the activities - which are carried out mostly at affiliated external structures - are to make the student reflect on his professional future and to make him develop the skills of observation and analysis of complex social contexts in which to define a personal applied social research project.

Programme

During the course, teaching materials and handouts will be provided with the aim of initiating a collective reflection in the classroom, focusing on the tools of social research and the operational modalities for carrying out the internship.

Core Documentation

No required textbook. Handouts and teaching materials will be provided during lessons.

Attendance

Attendance is not mandatory.

Type of evaluation

Students are required to produce a written report of 8–10 pages, indicating the topic selected for the internship, a description of field access, and the methodology employed. The report must be submitted to the instructor at least two days prior to the date scheduled for the recording of the exam grade.
