At the end of the course, students will be able to: understand the main organizational theories and coordination mechanisms in human services contexts; analyze and design organizational arrangements consistent with educational and social service objectives; evaluate human resource management processes in public, third-sector, and hybrid organizations; understand leadership, motivation, and teamwork dynamics in relational work environments; critically interpret the impact of digital technologies and AI on service organizations; apply organizational analysis tools to complex managerial and coordination challenges, drawing on cases from both educational (LM-50 R) and social work (LM-87 R) contexts.
