Oral examination concerning the whole program. This examination aims to verify the student ability to sum up and communicate information, to think critically and to use the appropriate juridical terms. The test consists of three or more questions aimed at assessing the learning outcome and the grades will be decided on the basis of the following criteria: less than 18/30: the student does not have a sufficient level of knowledge and it corresponds to a fail. 18-20/30: the student has acquired a bare minimum level of knowledge 21-23/30: the student has acquired a sufficient level of knowledge and the ability to understand notions and institutions of public law 24-26/30: the student has acquired a good level of knowledge and the ability to understand notions and institutions of public law 27-29/30 the student has acquired a very good level of knowledge and the ability to understand notions and institutions of public law as well as being able to think critically and communicate effectively 30-30 cum laude: the student has acquired an excellent level of knowledge and the capacity to understand notions and institutions of public law as well as having excellent communications skills and the ability to think critically.
