Attending students can (but don’t have to) prepare on judicial cases referring to rights and liberties.Type of evaluation
Oral exam. Following the directives of the university, the exam can take place via a conference call on Teams platform. During the CoviD emergency, the exam will be held in compliance with the Decreto Rettorale n. 703, adopted on the 5th of may, 2020 The exam foresees at least three questions.
