The course aims to provide students with an approach to health law through the knowledge of the national health system and the main issues related to health law.

SECONDO PART: Health planning, social service planning and essential care levels (LEAs); the division of legislative and administrative competences and the links between State and local authorities; The organization of the National Health Service and Regional Health Service;
THIRD PART: Practical issues related to Health law (Patients’ rights in cross-border healthcare and inter-regional healthcare; the liability of the medical structures; competition law and health law; commerce of pharmaceutical products).
