The course aims to cover the following main thematic areas:

 corporate organisation, learning processes and organizational needs within an innovation-oriented organisation;

 the forms and models of Innovation;

 strategic innovation management: objectives, analysis and implementation of innovation strategies;

 digital transformation in public administrations.
