The course equips students with analytical tools to understand the factors shaping the formulation and implementation of Foreign Policy, examining the relationship between the domestic and international spheres and the complexities of decision‑making processes. Students develop a critical understanding of the key processes and events that have defined the historical evolution, current dynamics and future prospects of Argentine and Latin American Foreign Policy. The course also strengthens the ability to compare national and regional approaches and to assess the influence of actors, institutions and global contexts on the external action of States in the region.
