THE COURSE AIMS TO PROVIDE STUDENTS WITH A COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE FRAMEWORK OF THE AGRO-FOOD SYSTEM AND THE MAIN ANALYTICAL TOOLS USED IN THE STUDY OF THE FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN POLICIES AND ADDRESSED TO IT. AT THE SAME TIME THE COURSE WILL PROVIDE ELEMENTS FOR EVALUATION ON THE STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF INDUSTRY AND THE AGRO-FOOD DISTRIBUTION IN U.E. AND IN ITALY, ON THE DYNAMICS OF FOOD CONSUMPTION, AS WELL AS ON THE MAIN ISSUES RELATED TO FOOD AND AGRICULTURE IN A GLOBAL ECONOMY.
