NEXT TO THE HISTORICAL RECONSTRUCTION WE WILL DEVELOP THE DEEPENING OF THE ECONOMIC IMPORTANCE OF THE MADE IN ITALY FOOD, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE SECTOR ROLE IN ITALIAN FOREIGN TRADE AND ITS POSITION IN THE GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS.
