Provide the basic principles of processing geospatial data to analyse, to elaborate and to processing of ecological data (spatial ecology):
• Gis: procedures, fundamentals and websites.
• Qgis software.
• Referencing systems, transformations and cartography (hints).
• Models & Processing of Raster and Vector.
• GIS data: formats, file extension and structure.
• Digital elevation model (DEM) and processing of DEM.
• Spatial Analysis (spatial ecology) and Data acquisition of ecological data
• Georeferencing.

Fundamentals of digital mapping and data editing in the GIS system:

• Qgis Toolbox and Plugin.
• Editing of Vector and Raster files.
