Practical geological experiences, with the aim of learning a global approaching to the applications of geology (geological framework, urbanization, landslide, water resources, nonrenewable resources, environmental requalification, ect.). Contacts with professional geology context in solving real problems.

Each day is dedicated to a main geological theme, however during the individual days the discussion and observation of the geological processes as a whole is always favored.
These are the most important aspects covered during the field days:
-surface processes and geomorphology
-hydrology and interaction between water resource and substrate
-geochemical analysis of water
-elements of local structural geology
-mineralogy and exploitation of georesources

Attendance is mandatory.

Type of evaluation

Students participating in the course will be divided into groups of 3, 4 or 5 people, depending on their maximum number. Each group will have to formulate a short dissertation, according by the teacher, on a topic proposed in the field and will have to present the results with the support of power point. The capacity of surveing data on the ground and their use will be evaluated together with what will be provided to them by the teachers during the course of the activity of the camp, without the aid of other data obtained from the bibliography. The evaluation consists judgment of suitability.
