This module, of an institutional nature, aims to outline the salient linguistic aspects, personalities, and most significant literary forms that, in the Latin West, mark the transition from antiquity to the Middle Ages. The module will also include exercises aimed at orienting students to the knowledge and critical use of key digital resources for the study and research of Latin authors from Late Antiquity and the Middle Ages, with particular attention to lexicography.
