The seminar series, held in English, is devoted to mapping approaches to the history or histories of Europe, looking at contemporary historiographical debates and consists of two parts.
A first part, consisting of six weekly monographic meetings, will take place online from late April to late May 2026. In the second part, selected students will meet in-person at the University of Oslo, from June 8-12 for a week of teaching and training activities in and out of the classroom.
The detailed seminar program and evaluation criteria will be explained at the beginning of semester II.
