Mobility

The RUS “Mobility” Working Group aims to ensure that the transportation system is in accordance with the environment, minimizing pollution effects such as land consumption, the spread of climate-altering gases, noise guaranteeing ensuring efficient and safe movements meanwhile. The main tools for the pursuit of sustainable mobility development have been identified in the collaboration with institutions and companies, modeling, data collection and proposing new indicators as well as analysis, study and the adoption of innovative technologies.

The Mobility Working Group is led by:

  • Prof. Link identifier #identifier__92131-1Maria Rosaria De Blasiis, Full Professor in the disciplinary sector routes, railways, airports in the Department of Civil Engineering, Computer Science, and Aeronautical Technologies, delegate by the Rector for sustainable mobility. She teaches and conducts research in the field of road safety, design, construction, and management of transportation infrastructure, with a particular focus on the environmental system’s impact.
