Programme

The Module will conduct a multi-level investigation of different portions of the city of Rome. Following the categories established by the capital's master plan (e.g., historic, consolidated, etc.), students will be engaged in an exercise of decomposing the territory in order to investigate the systemic and temporal components that form it. Infrastructures, services, built environment, and both environmental and social ecosystems will therefore be the subject of practical and theoretical investigation.
