Programme
The Public Law course is divided into two modules.Module I covers the following topics: theory of social groups; the normative social groups; the structure of the legal system; power and its species; power-sharing techniques; the forms of exercise of power: the legal norm and the provision; subjects; interests; the goods; subjective legal situations; the legal facts; human behaviors; the legal effects; the responsability; the regulatory levels of government (international, European Community, state, local); the organization of public authorities; public functions (political direction, regulation, administration, jurisdiction).
The II Module deals with the Italian legal system and the regulatory principles of its political, legislative, administrative and jurisdictional activity.
